Position Overview:
In this strategic role, you will play a pivotal part in driving business transformation by leveraging your expertise in Business Architecture. You will be responsible for informing strategic decision-making and analyzing proposed initiatives. This analysis will involve assessing impacts (people, process, data), identifying decision points, outlining target state architecture, and pinpointing capability gaps.

What You’ll Do:

Optimize Initiative Selection:
-
Utilizing the Business Architecture Knowledgebase, you'll identify overlapping capabilities, redundancies, and synergy opportunities across initiatives.

You'll present these findings to business leaders, helping them understand trade-offs and make faster, more informed decisions.

You’ll partner with business stakeholders to create and present compelling initiative briefs.

Drive Business Alignment:

You'll contribute to quarterly sequencing sessions, ensuring initiatives align with overall strategy.

You’ll translate approved initiatives into Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and help establish a robust reporting plan for tracking progress.

Bridge the Gap Between Business and Technology:

You’ll work closely with technical architects and engineers to ensure solutions align with the target state architecture defined during planning.

Maintain Duluth’s Business Architecture Knowledgebase:

You'll be responsible for meticulous upkeep of the Knowledgebase, including enterprise capability mapping and linkages between value streams, processes, capabilities, and systems.

Optimize the Business Landscape:

As a strategic thinker, you'll identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, technology consolidation, and leveraging existing capabilities in innovative ways.
What We’re Looking For:
-
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

5+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or a similar strategic role.

Proven track record of success in analyzing business needs, translating them into actionable plans, and driving successful business transformation initiatives.

Strong understanding of business architecture principles (BIZBOK). Business Architecture certification is a plus.

Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks (TOGAF, Zachmann, etc) is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working with cross-functional teams

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in business architecture modeling tools and knowledge of relevant architecture principles.

Compensation: $94,000 to $110,000/Year
Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
