JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Teller Supervisor, the Bank Teller will work directly with clients and colleagues to process transactions in a friendly and accurate manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdraws, cashed checks, etc.
- Issue cashier’s checks and money orders
- Process Canadian check deposits
- Maintain quality customer service
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure the customer’s needs are met through inquiry
- Establish rapport with customers
- Maintain a balanced drawer
- Follow security processes and procedures (opening/closing, dual control, customer verification etc.)
- Balance ATM
- Maintain logs and checklists
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience as a teller preferred
- Cash handling experience is required
- Schedule flexibility is a must
- Universal Banking experience is a plus
