Job Summary:
New York Home Care is looking for a dynamic and experienced Home Care Administrator to oversee our financial services branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Oversee branch operations including customer transactions, loan processing, and cash handling
- Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional financial products and services
- Manage branch budget and expenses effectively
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial services environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Experience in sales and upselling financial products
- Knowledge of loan processing procedures
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Previous experience in loan processing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
