Our client, Louvolite is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of window shading components and fabric.
They do it all – they innovate and design new products, manufacture tehir own components and fabrics, and supply and distribute to businesses across the globe, supplying to over 100 countries.
Louvolite North America is expanding rapidly in the US and building a brand-new team! They are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and drive their operations to new heights.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic plans for optimized productivity.
- Oversee daily operations, assign performance goals, and ensure timely completion.
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation.
- Foster new business relationships for growth opportunities.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven managerial experience with strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation abilities.
- Experience with operational planning and employee motivation.
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software.
**Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
- Minimum five years in a similar role.
- Experience in international logistics and supply chain management.
