This job summary describes a position for E-Bike Sales and Service Technicians for Electrified, a company focused on Sales and service of electric bikes. Responsibilities:
We will train the right Person.
Give A+ Service to all our customers.
Perform comprehensive repairs on our customers bikes, ranging from basic tasks like tightening bolts to replacing motors.
Conduct quality checks to ensure all vehicles meet safety standards.
Follow processes to log and track maintenance records.
Monitor inventory levels of spare parts on an ongoing basis.
Perform field tasks when required, such as battery swapping and redistribution.
Qualifications & Skills:
At least 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
Highly organized and self-motivated.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Possession of a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork.
Nice to have:
Previous maintenance experience with bikes, automobiles.
Basic knowledge of electronics.
