As a Leasing Consultant, you manage your own success by attaining leasing goals, and by building rapport with prospects and residents.
Duties
- Provide unmatched Customer Service!
-Drive the sale by highlighting the quality of the community and the lifestyle of an apartment home.
- Greet and assist prospective residents
-Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects as you answer questions about the numerous amenities, local community, and beautiful grounds. Provide information on rental rates, lease terms, and community amenities
- Conduct background checks and verify rental applications
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections ensuring units are ready for move-in.
- Address resident concerns and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, lease agreements, and digital prospect guest cards
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure leasing goals and objectives are met
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, leasing, property management or a related field is preferred
-Bi-lingual English/Spanish is required
-This opportunity is for a fast-paced lease up environment, where multi-tasking, weekend work, and extreme attention to detail are required.
- This role requires applicants with high energy that provide stellar customer-service and are results oriented.
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency in using the Microsoft product suite, Onesite PMS, yieldstar, and/or other property management software
- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of local rental market
- Exceptional written communication, exceptional email and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with legal administrative procedures related to leasing and rental agreements
- Be courteous and professional
- Be well organized and be able to meet deadlines
- Follow all company policies and procedures
