Harmony Behavioral Health is an ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) therapy company providing 1:1 service for children and adolescents diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking a friendly, welcoming, detail-oriented individual to fill an entry-level receptionist role at our facility in North Phoenix. Our center location is 16620 N. 40th Street, Suite H4, Phoenix AZ 85032.
The Receptionist at HBH serves as the first point of contact within the office by greeting, welcoming and directing all visitors. They also aid in daily administrative duties within the office such as answering phone calls & emails in a timely manner, assisting with scheduling, verifying insurance benefits for patients, client/employee paperwork, sorting mail and more.
Pay Range: $17 - $23/HR based on experience
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the facility, Mon-Fri and provide front desk coverage during office hours in a timely fashion.
- Answer/log phone calls in the electronic system.
- Monitor front desk/welcome all clients and visitors.
- Daily maintenance of business email.
- Receive and distribute daily mail.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying, faxing, laminating, etc.
- Assist in maintaining client and employee records and certifications.
- Assist in the setup and distribution of employee devices according to HBH Policy.
- Assist in reminders for staff: timesheets, trackers, supervision trackers
- Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA laws.
- Support with scheduling appointments between therapists, clients, clinicians and administrators (including small daily changes, interviews, etc.)
- Help plan, organize and schedule company meetings occurring in the office, offsite, and via video conference.
- Ensure optimal operation of office equipment, supplies, and inventories, and help maintain a neat and safe environment.
- Ability to work with teams and demonstrate flexibility when changes occur.
Receptionist Requirements & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
