Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and upholding the standards of our establishment.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate information
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Manage reservations and cancellations using the hotel's booking system
- Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in using front desk software and phone systems
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle guest requests with professionalism and patience
