**Job Title:** Behavior Technician **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to individuals with behavioral challenges. This role plays a crucial part in implementing behavior plans and collecting data to track progress. **Responsibilities:** - Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA - Conduct direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients - Collect and record data on client behavior during sessions - Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed - Collaborate with the BCBA to develop and modify treatment plans - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times - Provide feedback and support to families of clients - Participate in team meetings and training sessions **Qualifications:** - Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges - Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles - Familiarity with behavioral health terminology and practices - Ability to implement behavior management techniques effectively - Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to follow care plans accurately and compassionately **Preferred Skills:** - Proficiency in data collection methods - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations - Experience in implementing ABA strategies - Knowledge of care plans development Join our team as a Behavior Technician and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.
