We are seeking a dedicated, ambitious, and agile Director of Aerospace Business Development to lead and build a team through the entire sales process. You'll generate new sales opportunities, and expand existing relationships while strengthening our technical post-sales strategy and processes.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and grow a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed financial targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with key clients, acting as the company’s advocate and main point of contact.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Support revenue growth and product commercialization by working closely with various departments.
- Market Expansion: Develop a deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs to deliver innovative sales solutions.
- Technical Integration: Own the technical relationship between the company and customers, ensuring alignment of requirements with Ainstein AI’s services.
- Travel: Domestic travel is up to 25% and occasional international travel for customer visits and industry events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Sales Management, Engineering, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- 5+ years of experience leading sales teams at a regional or national level.
- Proven track record of generating $1M-$3M in annual revenue.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar software.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology.
