Job Title: Baker
Job Summary: Hours 2pm-10pm
As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods, such as bread, cookies, bars, pies, cakes and frostings. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time to customers. Skills in froting and decorating are preferred.
Duties:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods following recipes and quality standards
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets
- Decorate cakes and pastries as needed
- Monitor food production to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry decoration
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Certification in culinary arts or relevant field is a plus
