Full-Time Position, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Greet and assist customers
-
Answer/direct phone calls
-
Follow-up phone calls
-
Process and receipt cash, check, credit card payments
-
Balance deposit
-
Accounts receivables
-
Create and invoice internal repair orders
-
Maintain files/Scan
Qualifications/Requirements - Receptionist:
-
Experience in administrative or clerical activities is an added advantage
-
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
-
Strong keyboard skills
-
Good communications skills and professional personal presentation

Ability to multi-task in a sometimes high-stress, demanding environment

Honest, respectful, and trustworthy
