As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate administrative functions, including clerical tasks, scheduling, and record keeping - Oversee human resources activities such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records - Assist with event planning and coordination for company meetings and special events - Handle office management duties, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities - Support budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports - Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls in a professional manner - Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed Requirements: - Proven experience in an administrative or office management role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures - Experience with event planning is a plus - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with medical office management is preferred but not required - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
