We’re looking for an experienced individual who is professional, reliable and understands the value of customer care. Candidate must have excellent attention to detail and be knowledgeable in the use of technology for data entry. Use of Lightspeed EVO and Microsoft Excel a plus.
We are looking for a candidate that is comfortable with using technology to manage parts and warranty work orders in our dealership system.

Responsibilities:
- Stage parts for technicians by reviewing the upcoming schedule
- Ensure correct parts are sold to the appropriate work orders
- Research and order parts needed for maintenance and repairs
- Check in parts as they arrive
- Manage returns and core returns
- Manage warranty parts returns
- Maintain a highly organized parts room
- Use shop management software to accurately manage parts flow and inventory
- Monitor stocking parts to ensure proper inventory is maintained (i.e. filters, oil, fluids, maintenance, and major parts, etc.)
- Perform routine inventory checks
- Balance Parts invoices and credits using shop management records and vendor invoices/credits
- Maintain professional communication and relationships with parts vendors
- File and monitor parts and labor warranty claims with manufacturers
- Communicate effectively with with various departments and parts vendors
- Maintain cleanliness of parts room, including dusting and sweeping
Work Hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
