General Responsibilities
The Clinical Case Manager works in concert with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of behavioral staff, special educators and teachers to provide trauma informed care for our students. The Clinical Case Manager works in a therapeutic milieu to provide treatment and treatment planning, behavior planning and provide clinical supervision for staff. The Clinical Case Manager attends and in some cases, facilitates treatment team meetings and other team meetings. The position requires close collaboration with school staff and partners from outside of the agency. Good communication skills and flexibility is a must for this position.
Provide clinical crisis support and intervention for students.
Provide one-on-one counselling, group therapy and integrated therapeutic practices in the School.
Communicates with related mental health professionals.
Addresses mental health concerns with students throughout the day, providing daily support and crisis intervention.
Actively participates in Laraway School and agency meetings, trainings, events, etc.
Completes all related program specific, agency related and regulatory paperwork, accurately and in a timely manner.
Builds and maintains professional relationships and appropriate boundaries with staff, clients and community.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Master’s Degree in counseling or social work. A LCMHC or LICSW is preferred. At a minimum candidates must be rostered or eligible to be rostered. If not already licensed, pursuing licensure.
Prior experience involving direct service work in a clinical setting for youth.
Successful Criminal Background Check, Valid driver’s license, excellent driving record, and daily access to a safe, reliable, insured vehicle.

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
