DENTAL PRACTICE MANAGER
As a Dental Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic, ensuring that our patients receive the best dental care possible. You will be responsible for managing staff, developing schedules, and maintaining an organized and efficient billing system. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a team-oriented environment where collaboration and professionalism are valued.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the dental office team to ensure high staff morale and a professional atmosphere.
- Oversee daily office operations and coordinate patient scheduling to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Implement and manage dental billing systems, ensuring accurate and timely insurance claims processing.
- Develop and maintain office policies and procedures to comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues related to scheduling or billing to maintain high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure all staff are informed of new policies and procedures.
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of clinic staff.
- Upselling patient treatment plan
- B2B Marketing experience
- Proven previous experience in a supervisory role within a dental office setting
- Proficiency in managing staff and delegating tasks effectively
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with budgeting and financial management in a healthcare setting
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or similar role in a dental office.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading effective teams.
- Extensive experience in dental scheduling and dental billing.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Knowledge of dental software and proficiency in office management software.
- A commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Experience in Dentrix Ascend Software is a must.
