A day in the life of an Association Membership Assistant Position-
Provides general receptionist duties in the social services office to include answering & directing calls, taking messages, and meeting and greeting clients and visitors.

Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing time sheets for payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems for reviewing and approving supply requisitions, assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

Provides general administrative support to the social services staff including assistance with maintaining files, compiling reports and proposals and copying documents.
- Creates daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports to assist the site coordinator with budget maintenance.

Maintains inventory control monthly.
Requirements for the Association Membership Assistant Position-
Strong customer service orientation: Friendly, helpful, patient, and able to communicate clearly and concisely in writing and by phone.

Strong multi-tasker able to handle multiple projects, priorities, and competing deadlines at once.

Excellent attention to detail

Experience with, or have the ability to quickly learn new software systems (Live Chat, Member suite Association Management Software, Sugar Customer Relationship Management)

Proficiency in Excel required, experience with Association Management Software helpful.

Background in membership associations and/or higher education or K-12 environment preferred.

Collaborative, functions well in a team environment

Problem solver who will pursue solution until client need is addressed.

Fully proficient using Microsoft Office programs, including Word and PowerPoint, Zoom
