After an initial 60 probationary period of learning different aspects of the restaurant and brand, this leadership candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team of 50+ team members. Starting Rate: $21.50-$25.00 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Leading team members to achieve excellence in daily operations
- Uphold the Chick-fil-A 405 & Atlantic’s standards and policies
- Assist in training and development of team members; coaching conversations.
- Thinking strategically for the business; collaborating, adjusting, and propelling the business to reach goals
- Oversee team members growth and development
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store
- Assist with weekly scheduling
- Attend all quarterly team meetings
- Ensure federal, state and local compliance (e.g. running breaks)

Qualifications:
- Experience in a managerial position
- Full-time availability
- Must be available Thursday - Saturday
- 1-2 references, preferred but not required
- Must pass the 60 day probationary period in good standing

Pay: $21.50 - $30.00 per hour
