Job Description: Legal Administrative Assistant
Reports to: Executive Vice President & General Counsel
Overview:
As the Legal Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to Concerto’s legal team. You thrive in an environment where no two days are ever the same. You’re naturally meticulous, highly organized, adaptable, and proactive while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. The Legal Administrative Assistant reports to General Counsel/EVP and supports other members of Concerto’s Legal team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation

Set up mail forwarding at new nationwide Home Training Centers

Establish appropriate contact person in new markets to check mail. Coordinate mail delivery to the corporate office on a weekly basis.
- Manage physician credentialing process; tracking progress and reporting on milestones and deadlines

Add records to contract management system

Process Medical Records requests
- Input up-to-date information into Concerto’s Legal intranet page

Assist in the preparation, filing, registration and payment for corporate annual reports and other regulatory administrative tasks

Provide general administrative support for special projects and initiatives as directed by the legal team
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in an administrative assistant capacity

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

A GED or high school Diploma is a minimal educational requirement

Professional level verbal and communication skills

Energetic and motivated personality with a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills to complete tasks independently and autonomously
