Social Media Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engage with our clients audience, and drive traffic to there website.
Duties:
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create engaging content including graphics, photos, videos, and written posts.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities for engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Utilize tools for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
- Implement social listening strategies to understand audience preferences and sentiment.
- Manage online reputation by promptly addressing customer queries and feedback.
- Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborative campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Basic canva knowledge and design
- Knowledge of photography and video editing techniques.
- Familiarity with fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.
- Experience in using tools to analyze data and insights.
