Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately input vendor bills and client payment receipts into QuickBooks.
- QuickBooks: Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and basic financial transactions.
- Excel: Maintain and organize financial data in Excel spreadsheets.
- Email Communication: Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members via Microsoft Outlook to address queries and provide support.
- Digital Filing: Efficiently file and organize financial documents and records using Microsoft OneDrive.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient understanding of QuickBooks or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage and organize data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for email communication.
- Ability to use Microsoft OneDrive for digital filing and document organization.
- Ability to master various software applications.
- Calculate commissions and residuals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
