ERP- Production Planning Coordinator:
The Company is seeking an ERP (enterprise planning resource) Production Planning Coordinator to support manufacturing by managing production output and delivering time critical components against master schedule. The individual must possess investigative and analytical skills to support the production team. The desired individual is someone who will bring knowledge and curiosity to the position as well as have the discipline to develop and follow fundamental processes that ultimately drive results. The candidate must have the flexibility and skills to work in a team environment as well as independently when needed.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure production schedules are met.
· Coordinate with planning, purchasing and sales to expedite product through manufacturing.
· Generating production orders in alignment with demand forecast.
· Coordinating with production management to ensure the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
· Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, etc.
· Scheduling and facilitating the flow of production orders throughout the plant.
· Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
· Managing and troubleshooting any open or pending WIP inventory as it relates to the ERP/MRP system.
· Performs weekly inventory replenishment analysis to determine warehouse needs.
· Instructs appropriate personnel to forward deploy required products to maintain continuity in sales operations
Requirements:
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
· Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
· Previous ERP and/or Shop floor systems required.
· Collaborative with all job levels
Education:
· Degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred and/or 2+ years of experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or related position.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
