Hospitality Human Resources Assistant
The Boston based restaurant group behind Fin Point Oyster Bar & Grille, Tradesman Coffee Shops, Urban Wild, and Amber Road is looking for a highly organized hospitality professional to assist with the expanding HR department.
POSITION DUTIES would include, but are not limited to:
-Organizing and executing on- boarding paperwork with new hires across all venues, both FOH and BOH
-Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees
-Keeping organized filling of employee paperwork, incident reports, worker’s compensation documents, employee progressive discipline, and other HR related items
-Aid in payroll processing and documentation
-Collecting and organizing companywide invoices
-Delivering time sensitive items to accounting offices throughout the week
-Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
-Maintaining company standard of professionalism at all times with all employees, managers, and chefs
-Highly organized; company is comprised of 11 venues throughout the city with over 350 employees. Being detail orientated and organized is paramount to this position.
-Prioritize tasks efficiently
-Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
-Must be onsite at multiple locations throughout the week
-Strong communication skills both verbal and written
-Proficient in conversational Spanish

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
