You'll be a master of appointments, prospecting, and closing deals, and you'll be responsible for delivering a growth strategy that produces revenue and builds infrastructure for Heartland's current and future goals. Essential Responsibilities:
● You'll be hitting the pavement (or concrete jungle, if you prefer) and meeting with new and seasoned sales pros in the field every day. If you're afraid of a little hustle, this ain't the job for you.
○ If you're a Desk Sales Executive, you might want to keep scrolling. We're looking for someone with the kind of drive that only comes from living life in the field.
● We need a Growth Mindset warrior who's been paying attention since 2022. You don't have to be a math whiz, but you do need to know how to grow a business.
● If you can recruit like a boss, using social media and other creative tactics to snag the best talent, then we need you yesterday.
● You're the face of our company, so you'll need to bring your A-game every day. It's not just about making sales, it's about building relationships that last.
● Prospecting and presenting are your bread and butter, and you know how to use our slick Atlas CRM to bring our solutions to life on your trusty tablet.
● Get ready to close deals like a boss, whether it's payment processing, HR outsourcing, or loyalty marketing. This is your chance to show us what you're made of.
● You'll be an educator as well as a sales superstar, helping merchants and business owners navigate the payment processing industry like a pro.
● Communication is key, so you'll need to keep in touch with your team, coaching and training them to be the best they can be.
Other Responsibilities:
● If you don't know how to network like a boss, this gig might not be for you. We need you to be a master at finding the best sales reps in town to join your team.
● Resourcefulness, communication, presentation skills, networking prowess - if these aren't your strengths, you might want to sit this one out.
● You'll need to be comfortable flying solo or working with a team, because both are part of the gig.
● If you're not motivated by the thrill of the sale, then this probably isn't the job for you. Incentives are everything, baby.
● We're all about professionalism and integrity, so don't even think about being shady. We've got our eyes on you.
● Sales is not for the faint of heart, so we need someone who's got a high sense of urgency and a natural talent for closing deals.

● We need a proven talent developer and sales closer, with a track record that speaks for itself.
● You'll need to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license and auto insurance, because we need you to be legit.
● Being a member of a business or networking group is a bonus, but not required. We're more interested in what you can bring to the table.
