Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative at Nuvo Solutions Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by introducing small and medium business customers to our cutting-edge 5G products and services. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, networking, attending trade shows, and conducting outbound sales campaigns to acquire and retain accounts in the small business segment. You will utilize solution-based selling techniques to address the unique business needs of our customers, ultimately contributing to the success and expansion of our clientele.
Note: This position involves face-to-face interactions and door-to-door sales. While it may not be easy for everyone, the compensation package is designed to reward excellent performance. Adjusted compensation is provided during the ramp-up period, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new customers through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, door knocking, and attending trade shows and industry events throughout the US.
- Serve as a key representative of Nuvo Solutions at trade shows and industry events across the US, including booth setup, tear-down, and on-the-ground logistics coordination ensuring the success of our presence.
- Network with other sales representatives to create potential revenue-generating partnerships.
- Work with Nuvo leadership & marketing teams to execute trade show strategies & lead generation efforts including: expense tracking, confirming sponsorship deliverables, providing post-show evaluations & gathering attendee information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of lead cards.
- Provide feedback to marketing and other departments to enhance customer-facing communications and product information based on insights gained in the field.
- Assist in identifying new meeting and event opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Perform other related responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in an ever-changing environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, preferably in the wireless or technology industries.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision makers at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating tenacity and a drive for success in every situation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel and attend trade shows and industry events as necessary.
- Flexibility to adjust to a variety of outbound prospecting techniques including face-to-face and door-to-door sales environments, with a focus on relationship building and brand awareness.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple streams and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
