Berchtold Equipment Company has been a leader in the Agricultural and Construction Equipment Industry for over 113 years. We are currently seeking an ambitious and energetic individual to add to our Delano, CA Service team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service in Service Office and over the phone
- Open all customer and warranty work orders.
- Prepare estimates and track costs while work is in process.
- Review of customer invoices.
- Work with technicians and customers on service call repairs.
- Manage warranty campaigns and recalls.
- Work directly with Service Manager on various Service Department projects
Qualifications
- Agricultural or Construction Equipment Repair Experience
- Technical or mechanical knowledge/experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Administrative Skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Multi-task
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check are required.
Other Preferred (Not Required) Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin., Marketing or Sales
- Knowledge of the Agricultural or Construction Markets
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
