Responsibilities:
EDUCATION (number of years and type required to perform the position duties):
High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE (number of years and type required to meet an acceptable level of performance):
One year related experience preferred
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Excellent interpersonal and initiative skill, typing and windows application proficiency required.
Able to multitask between phone, computer and add on cases.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel;

They must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance
vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. The noise level in the work environment is usually

SUMMARY
Working under the direct supervision of the lead tech, receives and processes case schedules, and performs other
secretarial and clerical duties. Other duties may be assigned
