Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. The Facilities Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical systems and equipment within our facilities. Duties: - Perform welding, fabrication, and maintenance tasks as needed - Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment - Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities - Work with logic controllers and read schematics - Provide excellent customer service while addressing facility issues - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders - Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs Requirements: - Proven experience in facilities maintenance - Ability to weld, fabricate, and maintain machinery - Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs - Experience with logic controllers and reading schematics - Familiarity with CMMS for work order management - Excellent customer service skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors Nice-to-Have Skills: - Previous experience in supervising maintenance staff Join our team as a Facilities Technician and contribute to the efficient operation of our facilities.
