Salary range: $50-60k salary plus annual performance bonus
Weekly schedule: Mon-Thu 8a-5p Fri 8a-2:30p

Job Summary:
As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our organization's day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing operational processes, supervising teams, optimizing workflows, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen focus on operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.

Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor operational staff, including supervisors and team leads.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.

Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support employee development.

Analyze existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement.

Implement strategies to streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall efficiency.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to achieve performance targets.

Manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

Maintain serviceable inventory levels through procurement and logistics coordination.

Control operating expenses within budgetary constraints.

Develop and maintain quality control measures to ensure products and services meet established standards.

Investigate and resolve quality issues or customer complaints promptly.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement in quality processes.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.

Maintain accurate records and generate reports on operational performance and KPIs.

Participate in audits and inspections as required.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.

Strong knowledge of operational processes, quality control, and performance measurement.

Physical Requirements:
