PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Salary to be Commensurate with experience
The Hiring range for this position is: $23.05-$28.82

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides administrative support including preparing meeting agendas, pre-planning and execution of City-sponsored events, and maintain and updating database information for specific department functions
Schedules and coordinates external and internal meetings which include Senior Management, Directors, Department Staff, and community partners
Receives and responds to a variety of external and internal requests for information, and routes calls and visitors as appropriate
Develops and maintains record keeping and reporting systems
Provides budget support, including processing department expenditures
Researches and prepares policies and procedures for departmental and clerical functions
Researches, compiles and prepares a variety of materials for technical, statistical and analytical reports
Operates a variety of office equipment including personal computer and varied software
Schedules and maintains work load
Performs additional duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & WORKING CONDITIONS

Frequently uses standard office equipment including computer, calculator, multi-line telephones, copy/fax machines and postal equipment.
