Job Summary:
We are looking for a Partnership and Business Development Director to join our energetic, fast-paced team. In this role, you'll be key to finding, establishing, and maintaining relationships with partners and clients in the cosmetics industry. You'll focus on partnerships with any type of chain stores while integrating these efforts with our online sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to grow both physical and online sales channels by identifying partnership opportunities and implementing sales plans.
Build and nurture relationships with key partners, including retail stores and distributors, while negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our goals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Market Expansion:
Identify and explore new markets and opportunities for expansion and conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote our brand.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
