Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? We are looking for dedicated Childcare Specialists to join a dynamic team! Recourse Communications is proud to partner with an industry leader in meeting the needs of the community’s most vulnerable children and families to find top-notch Lead Clinicians.
What You will Do:
· Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and engaging in a quality assurance plan.
· Provide consultation and supervision for clinicians, handle counseling and crisis management, and participate in the assessment and treatment of children.
· Record clinical data, maintain accurate records, and assist with admission and discharge processes.
· Communicate with referral sources, attend meetings, and participate in professional development activities.
· Prepare reports, implement safety protocols, and maintain confidentiality.
· May work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Who You Are:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or Marriage/Family Therapy
- Must be bilingual Spanish/English
- 5 years related experience and/or training, including supervisory.
- Must hold one of the following licenses:
ü Licensed Professional Counselor - LPC
ü Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW
ü Licensed Marriage Family Therapist – LMFT
· Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment.
· Must provide proof of work eligibility status upon request.
· Must pass pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks and an abuse and neglect screening.
