Role Overview: As the Head of Sales at Photonics Systems USA Inc., Together with our local sales team you will drive revenue growth and market expansion efforts in the North American market. You will also actively participate in selling advanced manufacturing capital equipment, leveraging your industry expertise and strategic mindset to identify new business opportunities and cultivate client relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the North American market, leveraging market insights and customer feedback.
- Key account Management and acquisition of new customers
- Attend tradeshows and reach out to customers in personal and remote meetings
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and collaborations, to expand our customer base and increase market penetration.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to inform strategic sales approaches and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving organizational goals.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services and stay informed about industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in selling capital equipment and complex technical solutions
- Deep understanding of the electronics and semiconductor manufacturing market in North America, including key players, market trends, and customer needs.
- Ideally experience with laser material processing
- Strong technical acumen and ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and navigate complex sales processes.
- Ability to travel (20-30%) as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support the sales team.
- Excellent English skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for effective sales management
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing sales team
