Requirements:
Payroll processing experience
Strong computer skills
Knowledge in Microsoft Office
Interest in learning the school bus transportation industry.
Must enjoy speaking on the phone with customers and others.
Excellent customer service skills.
Friendly, pleasant phone voice and personality.
Ability to multi-task.
Quick to learn new skills.
Able to follow directions.
Result orientated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Perform work under minimal supervision, self motivated and team player.
Bi-lingual preferred.
Duties:
- Capture computerized time collection
- Process weekly payroll with accuracy
- Provide administrative support to manager with office applications
- Assumes any duties delegated by Waterbury location manager.
