Job Title: Business Relationship Manager
Work Location: Hybrid in Phoenix, AZ 85007
Duration: 24 Months contract
Position Description
- This position will act as the interface and relationship manager between ITG and business partners.
- Understands business unit services, programs, requirements, and the business outcomes they wish to achieve including identifying changes to the business environment that could potentially impact the technology services provided.
- Acts as primary resource for enterprise business analysis including the planning and scoping of several inter-related IT Governance initiatives.
- Gathers and documents high-level business requirements for the enterprise and understands business unit services, programs, requirements, and the business outcomes they wish to achieve including identifying changes to the business environment that could potentially impact the technology services provided.
- Maintains business systems standards by applying project management methods, tools and processes as standard practice and will serve as a business organization escalation point of IT service delivery concerns.
- Contributes to strategic planning of information systems and technology directions.
- Ensures ongoing project and non-project demand governance and ensures IT-enablement demands are captured, communicated, and met.

Education Required
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 15 years of experience in business analysis (or equivalent experience)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $34.23 per hour
