Get full-time pay & full-time hours in only 3 days of work! The schedule is either Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday with 12-13 hour shifts. You will have at least one leadership meeting weekly on one of your off days, along with some other pre-planned training or events on off days to work. Always get a weekend & always have Sundays off.

Kitchen Directors at Chick-fil-A Mesa Riverview & University at Mill are responsible for the overall operations, training and hospitality for each restaurant. Directors lead a team to ensure quality guest experiences as well as create a high morale environment where team members do their best work and are safe.
You must have the availability to open and close for your 3 shifts, but you will not be working opening-close. Alongside the General Manager & other Director, you will be in charge of food costs, labor, retention, and developing and coaching your team leaders and team members.
Directors are also in charge of equipping all team members with the skills to offer the highest guest experience possible through training, coaching, providing resources, and modeling a hospitality-first mindset. Essential Duties: (including, but not limited to)
- Oversees quality and control systems
- Leadership development of the Team Leaders and Trainers
- Ensure food safety is a top priority for all team members
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment
- Works with a team of Directors
- Lead weekly Leadership meetings
- Train new team members
- Coach current team members
- Create the weekly schedule
- Place truck orders or conduct weekly/daily inventory counts
- Complete daily leader, food safety, and cleaning checklists, or delegate when necessary
- Conduct interviews
- Take part or lead disciplinary or other one-on-one conversations with team members & leaders
- Understand the total kitchen operations of the business to ensure the guests have the safest & quickest experience possible

Minimum Qualifications:
