Training on the job.
Duties include:
- Handle heavy volume of answering/making phone calls.
- Schedule/manage each patients' appointments.
- Prepare all paper works for patients' each visit, all in Excel format.
- Greet patients and check-in and check-out patients.
- Online Billing and communicate with Insurance when necessary.
- Maintain patients data base and files including those in Excel/Word.
- Type letters.
- Replenish medical supplies in each Exam Room.
- Light cleaning ( wiping off exam-beds/vacuuming/keeping the clinic clean, etc. ).
- Miscellaneous office chores such as shredding and filing.
We are a small medical office seeing patients on daily basis. This position will start as a part time position but will become a Full-Time position (40 hours/week) later. However, we are looking for someone who is flexible to do over-time (7AM - 5:30 PM from Monday through Friday) when necessary and who can start to work right away.
It is a very fast-paced work environment. Must be able to do multi-tasking and to work in a fast paced office environment. Must be able to work on computer and Excel/Word to be able to work in our office. All our works are done on computer (online applications) and all the main files are in Excel/Word. It involves heavy data entry, so excellent typing skill is a must, including using 10-key pad.
Must be detail oriented due to the nature of data we handle.
Must be friendly to all of our patients.
Must be responsible, independent, and and have great customer service skills
We start from $12/Hours(during training), offer NO other benefits.
NO Remote work.
