Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Office Nurse will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and supporting the smooth operation of our medical office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage medical office operations efficiently, ensuring a seamless workflow
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff
- Coordinate appointments and manage calendars for healthcare providers
- Oversee vendor relationships and supplies inventory management
- Assist in budgeting and financial management tasks
- Plan and coordinate office events and activities
- Handle payroll responsibilities accurately
- Supervise and lead the office team effectively
- Maintain schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Perform general clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in medical office management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling
- Strong vendor management abilities
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial tasks
- Experience in event planning within a healthcare setting is a plus
- Competency in payroll processing
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
