Job Description SummaryQUALIFICATIONS: Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with Regular Education/Content Area Teacher Licensure. Preferred: Masters Degree in Education or related field with administrative licensure.
Preferred Experience with:
IDOE reporting and the Data Exchange (DEX).
Student Information System (SIS).
Statistics and proficiency with spreadsheets. Must have proficiency with a spreadsheet program or a data analysis application.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines in relation to Indiana Article 7 and experience with DOE graduation pathways and the requirements for graduation.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS LISTED BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
1. Responsible Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) Reporting
2. Ensures T.C. Harris maintains External Education Contracting Compliance (DOE and out of state
placements)
3. Analyze assessment data to provide instructional mentorship
4. Stay current with IDOE and out of state reporting
5. Ensure student cumulative file is current in relation to graduation requirements
6. Manages graduation pathways and student credit compliance.
7. In collaboration with the myPath Director of Instruction, leads site based curriculum initiatives.
8. Serves as the Student Assessment Coordinator.
9. Member of the Education Leadership Team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
