Daily Operations: Oversee and manage daily housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.
Enhance and elevate NEXUS utilization from quality and quantity of information. Evaluate organizational chart to foster and support an environment of research, creativity, bespoke recognition and curiosity. Continually evolve and adapt based on changing guest/business requirements.
Financial Management: Handle all monthend financial requirements such as trial balance, accruals, checkbook maintenance, and P&L variance critiques. Attend all labor and revenue meetings to ensure financial goals are met.
Guest Interaction: Follow through on all guest comments, complaints, and other forms of communication. Evaluate Medallia, guest interview points, and other customer communication channels to create action plans and followups. Recognize all inhouse and VIP guests, building and strengthening relationships with our guests.
Special Requests: Address special requests involving personal preferences, specific room needs, and special occasions. Assign shift teams, side work, and stations to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
Quality Control: Prevent and correct imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Correct any issues that arise. Ensure that all rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Staff Management: Foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring high staff morale through effective communication, recognition, and professional development opportunities.
Adopt a strength based deployment approach to leverage natural team talents. Follow through on all guest comments, complaints and other forms of communication.
Attention to Detail: Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all housekeeping activities. Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards and identify areas for improvement.
