Regional Manager Overview:
Our skilled medical providers perform rounds in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Home Health Care settings providing wound care at either their bedside or in-home facility. The Regional Manager will be responsible for Provider territory assignment, growth of territory, customer satisfaction & account retention in their assigned territory. They will report to the Senior Director of Business Development and will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship development & management with key individuals at assigned customer accounts (average of 100 accounts, dependent on geography). Including all facility level & regional leadership, PCP, Medical Directors, etc.
- Routine Business reviews with all assigned customer accounts (minimum of quarterly) to evaluate service needs and usage trends. Share healing outcomes reporting. Update EMR access. Update facility contacts. Discuss all service options. Document in Salesforce
- Organic growth/ upselling of all services including podiatry, dental, G-tube services
- Monitor weekly reporting. Identify accounts with decreased encounters and address utilization of service issues.

- Coordinate account education plan for customer accounts
- Minimum quarterly rounds in at least 1 account with each Provider in the territory
- Account Retention
- 12 new accounts per year via relationships with existing accounts/customers
- Update Salesforce with personnel changes. Communicate changes that may represent a growth opportunity/lead.
- Provider assignment of accounts. Will be responsible for assigning Providers new accounts & coordinating account assignment for all new Providers
- Will coordinate coverage as needed for vacations & Provider time off. Will create a calendar invite with all Provider time off to include VP Ops & Medical Director
- Work with accounts to ensure efficiencies for the provider (Facility is providing designated person to round with the Provider, residents are prepared and ready in room for rounds, consent forms signed, etc)
- Trouble shoot & facilitate a healthy relationship with facility, increase encounters & efficiency
- New account roll out with Provider, & Regional Sales Manager as applicable
- Will initiate & manage Provider Placement needs in Salesforce for assigned territory
- Management of Provider credentialing for facilities. Provide necessary credentialing items to facility in order for Provider to do rounds
- EMR access management. Will coordinate & manage facility level EMR access
- Re-education of accounts on services offered as needed (staff turnover, etc)
- New Provider video call with intro of territory assignments, schedule of facilities and start date prior to training by Clinical Leadership
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills
- Knowledge and experience in the long term care setting
- Must exhibit passion for outstanding results and compassion for those we work with
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times
- Be a team player and maintain a professional attitude with typical job stresses
- Will require up to 75% overnight travel
- Territory Covered: Northern California
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- SNF experience preferred but not required
- Must be fully vaccinated
