Position: Office Coordinator
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Bilingual Office Coordinator who embodies high energy and possesses exceptional organizational and patient service skills. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our practice, maintaining our commitment to patient satisfaction.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday (9:00am - 5pm)
Job Description:
As our Office Manager, you'll be a cornerstone of our team, contributing to the core operations of our practice. Your tasks will include:
- Managing incoming calls with prompt and effective follow-up
- Handling patient communication through phone, email, and our advanced EHR systems
- Skillfully scheduling patient appointments for Psychotherapy and Medication Management
- Monitoring patient plans and memberships, to ensure timely renewals and updating the Clinical Director as needed
- Communicating with the Clinical, Medical, and Administrative Staff
- Maintaining the everyday office operations including office operations reports and office compliance
Skills and Qualities:
We're seeking an individual who possesses:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective self starter
- A strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliability, a strong work ethic, and acute attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with MS Word, Excel, and EMR/EHR systems
- HIPPA/HEDIS compliance skills
- TMHP/PA skills
- Preferably bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish
Education and Experience:
To excel in this role, you should bring:
- A college-level education (minimum Associate's Degree)
- At least 2 years of work experience in a medical office environment
- EHR/EMR experience
