This is an IN-OFFICE role.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up mail at US Post Office, sort and deliver mail throughout the building; pick up outgoing mail from all areas of the building, stamp as necessary, and deliver to US Post Office; drop off Federal Express packages at local office as necessary; maintain postage machine (including postage refills as needed); scan and record incoming packages/pallets, send notifications to recipients of packages; store packages in appropriate areas as necessary; deliver packages to Vice Presidents and above; run daily report for UPS machine and train associates on use of UPS machine as necessary; create shipping boxes for associate IT return; maintain supplies for all mailing options.
Review and forward voice mails left on general number; handle all requirements of the Phoenix Travel Reduction Program (TRP); order business cards as requested; create and distribute name plates for the PHX building; provide notary services; maintain and update signs throughout PHX building; act as a liaison with janitorial, vendors and shipping services; provide logistics and catering; assist SVP/C-Suite personnel as needed. Manage room set for events; provide onsite event planning and execution (i.e., breakfast/lunches, multi-day meetings); event set up/clean-up for all Cable One events, event set up/clean-up for Exec mtgs; provide additional support as needed.
Stock all Kitchens (8) - maintaining Kitchen supply inventory; manage incoming logistical needs; maintain office supply inventory in mailroom; maintain office supply closets throughout the building; manage coffee supply to machines throughout the building.

Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
