Overview: We are seeking organized and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinators to join our team. Responsibilities: - Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination - Answer and direct phone calls using professional phone systems - Maintain organized files and records - Assist with office management tasks as needed - Provide administrative support to staff members - Coordinate with clients for appointments and meetings
Experience: Previous experience in an office setting but not necessary - Some knowlege of computers systems. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of office procedures and protocols. We will provide all training.

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
