We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and client invoicing.
Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Prepare and issue invoices for our clients.
- Contractor & Employee Management: Process contractor invoices and employee timesheets (collected weekly) for accurate payroll processing.
- Financial Reporting: Generate periodic reports using Microsoft Word, PDF, and Excel.
- General Ledger (Plus): Maintain the general ledger using QuickBooks Desktop (experience a must).
- Payroll Processing: Experience with Paychex payroll processing is a must.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- A minimum of 4 years of accounting experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PDF, and Excel.
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
- Experience with Paychex payroll processing.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
