The Raleigh House is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Therapist to join our team. The Raleigh House has been serving the Denver Metro area for over 15 years, providing comprehensive Substance Use and Mental Health Services. We are dedicated to changing the lives we serve.
The Raleigh House is seeking a licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT and/or LAC) to join our team!! The successful candidate will be a strong group and individual therapist, dynamic, demonstrate insight, be able to shift between intervention models in order to meet the unique needs of each client(s), detail-oriented, and possess strong skills for follow-up.
Essential Functions:
- Provide group and individual therapy
- Facilitate individual, and group psychotherapy process groups, as well as psychoeducation.
- Provide ACA diversion, and behavioral interventions as needed for assigned clients and other clients.
- Participate in initial assessments, treatment planning, coordination of care.
- Responsible for treatment including therapy and treatment planning for an assigned caseload.
- Maintain awareness, understanding, and compliance with all policies/procedures, memos, and emergent issues/needs.
- Address any emergent issues, including documentation, treatment plan revisions, etc.
- Participate in group and individual supervision, including case presentations, assisting to provide group training, clinical discussion, and ongoing training.
Education and Other Employment Requirements:
- Master’s Degree or Higher Required.
- Experience with substance use disorder treatment
- Primary Mental Health and Family experience would be of added benefit for The Raleigh House.
- Currently holds a Colorado LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- CAS, CAT or LAC would be of added benefit to the Raleigh House.
Salary Starting at $70,000-$85,000/yr.
