About ExitMap:
ExitMap is a small business that provides a suite of proprietary digital coaching tools for advisors to business owners. (Wealth managers, CPAs, attorneys and consultants.) Because we are so specialized, we find that outside sales experience may not translate to representing our intangible product for highly educated professionals. Therefore, we hire for attitude and train for the necessary skills.
We are a close, cooperative team who enjoy each other’s company. Between the telephone, Teams, email and text, we tackle almost everything collectively. We require some initial time in the office (Rte. 281@1604) for training and cultural adhesion, but most of our employees are either hybrid or fully remote. Remote work is approved on an individual basis for employees who have proven ability and an appropriate remote work environment.
Position Summary:
This is emphatically NOT a telemarketing job. The telephone (especially video conferencing) is merely our principal tool. As a Sales Representative, you will focus on securing new subscriptions to our coaching process. Your primary goal will be to identify, engage, and convert prospective subscribers who align with our identified client profiles, understand our core values and are seeking to expand their practices.
Key Responsibilities:
· New Business Development: Actively engage with qualified prospective clients to build a robust pipeline of opportunities. Leverage market research, and existing lead generating activities among other resources.
· Client Acquisition: Execute strategies for acquiring new clients, from initial contact to contract signing and handoff. Tailor your approach to meet the unique needs and challenges of the identified client profiles.
· Revenue Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and financial objectives.
· Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain accurate account records, data, forecasts, and other reporting in all computer systems including Zoho CRM.
· Engaging Presenter: Utilize presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the value of ExitMap's services. Present these proposals in a manner that resonates with potential clients and addresses their specific goals and pain points.
· Collaboration: Coordinate the onboarding of new clients with our programming team, and their transfer to our Customer Service Representatives.
· Flexibility: Be flexible and available to support other initiatives and strategies as identified by Leadership.
Qualifications:
· Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect and engage with a diverse range of professional clients and stakeholders in all levels of an organization including the C-suite.
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff and public.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills/Abilities/Competencies:
- Skilled at building rapport and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers.
- Self-motivated, exceptional listening skills, and the ability to problem-solve.
- Must be comfortable in a hands-on, fast paced environment and have a get it done attitude.
