We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, professional and experienced front office receptionist to join our team. Candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced medical environment and work well with a team while providing excellent customer service. Must be dependable, committed, have excellent communication and computer skills. The successful candidate must be able to coordinate with Doctor and staff to ensure a pleasant and welcoming experience for our patients. If you possess these talents, we would love to hear from you!
Duties:
· Greeting and checking in patients upon arrival to the office
· Checking patients out after their appointment, scheduling their appointment
· Rooming patients, answering phones (multi line system), answering texts and emails, scheduling, scanning, collecting payment and patient information, completing of documents and responding to patient requests
· Assist the Doctor, practice administrator, and patient coordinators when needed
· Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms
· Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
· Keep confidentiality of patient information as per company policy
· Serve and protect the plastic surgery practice by adhering to professional standards, policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements
· Perform additional duties as assigned

Experience:
· Receptionist: 2 years’ experience minimum (Preferred). Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
· Receptionist experience in Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Dermatology is a plus
· Bilingual is a plus
Pay: $20-$25 hourly (Depending on Experience) with room for growth.
