This is a full-time, onsite position. No hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Co-lead with senior marketing management in brainstorming, concept development, presentation and execution of marketing plans
- Generate and develop new product strategy and launch plans for a multi-brand portfolio
- Implement strategic brand tactics, including brand aesthetic, messaging, and overall identity
- Execute timely implementation of all plans and manage delivery of key marketing assets including internal and external processes and approvals
- Ensure strategic consistency with campaign materials that include PR and advertising, product packaging and pricing, retail and merchandising executions
- Partner closely with Retail, Marketing and Sales teams to secure product and promotion placement in key accounts
- Manage pricing strategy and analyses of existing and new products
- Assist in overseeing market research and consumer insights
- Evaluate opportunities with existing brand portfolio
- Set, monitor, and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual brand revenue goals
- Support the delivery of the brand promise to ensure growth within all distribution channels
- Create and present reports to senior management
- Monitor product activity at national accounts. Maintain an understanding of online e-commerce activity. Ability to analyze activity and provide product insights/ recommendations.
Requirements
- Must have minimum of 5 years in Marketing, Consumer Packaged Goods or Account Management with experience in Skincare or Cosmetics
- Possess excellent analytical and critical thinking, reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in strong interpersonal and active listening skills<
- Able to inspire, lead and encourage teamwork in a collaborative environment
- Maintain high level of accomplishment with minimal supervision
- Take initiative in finding ways to improve work-related processes
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Expert at multi-tasking, and handling organizational and time-management issues
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Software including Excel and PowerPoint Photoshop skills are a plus
- Able to work independently with internal teams such as Sales, Planning, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
