Job Description:
Are you a master of persuasion with an event planning background? Are you a natural-born leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment? In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our sales efforts, cultivating relationships with clients and orchestrating seamless events that exceed expectations. Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by proactively prospecting new clients, nurturing existing relationships and closing deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs, preferences and budget and recommend customized catering solutions to create unforgettable experiences.
- Lead the end-to-end event planning process, from initial consultation to post-event follow-up, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction. Think Michelin-star service!
- Coordinate with internal teams including chefs, culinary staff and event coordinators to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote our catering services, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and networking events.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain our competitive edge.
- Prepare proposals, contracts and pricing packages, ensuring accuracy and profitability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns and feedback, providing prompt and professional resolution to maintain positive relationships.
- Represent Bonnie Rae | Fine Foods + Catering at industry events, trade shows and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our client base.

Qualifications:
*MUST have 2-3 years experience within a catering or event production company
*MUST be passionate and knowledgeable about creating memorable events and culinary trends.
*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
*Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, and close deals effectively.
*Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
*Creative problem solver with a meticulous attention to detail.
*Proficiency in event planning software, CRM systems and Google Suite.
